Restaurant Ruby is a meeting point for both locals and hotel guests with its bistro atmosphere, greenery, industrial details, and timeless materials. The kitchen offers a menu with a Nordic touch. Between April and October, our open-air restaurant is open facing Avenyn. During the summer, you can enjoy refreshing drinks and a stunning view over the rooftops from our Rooftop bar on the 7th floor. We have a floor with its own terrace, dedicated to meetings and events for up to 180 people. Up here, you have your own private boule court. Our relaxation suite has a sauna where you can unwind, or if you prefer, you can work out in our gym.
